Recurring SMS Message Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from SAINT Volunteer Transportation, also known as Care-A-Van/SAINT, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive conversational SMS text messages from Care-A-Van/SAINT Inc. These messages may include:
- Ride confirmations and reminders
- Ride schedule changes or cancellations
- Volunteer shift reminders
- Driver assignment requests
- Urgent service notifications
- Direct two-way communication with SAINT staff
These messages are operational and service-related in nature. We do not send marketing or fundraising messages.
Message Frequency
While messaging frequency varies, you may receive up to 10 messages per month.
We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages.
Care-A-Van/SAINT Inc and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
